This website management plan is structured as follows:

Covers All Sites:

• Unlimited Email Support

• Emergency Fixes*

• Plugin Vulnerability Monitoring**

*Emergency Fixes: Covers emergency plugin updates or website fixes that require immediate attention upon discovery. This service is included up to 1 hour of work. Additional work beyond this limit will be billed separately.

**Plugin Vulnerability Monitoring: Includes email alerts to the developer for immediate updates upon reviewing the alert.

Covers Each Individual Site:

• Monthly Software Updates

• Limited Content Changes*

• Premium Software Licenses

• Website Security**

• Cloudflare Management

*Limited Content Changes: Covers up to 10 minutes of minor modifications, such as text, image, or design updates, with a maximum of 2 content changes per month. Additional changes or bug fixes must be handled as a separate project.

**Website Security: Involves implementing best security practices for WordPress websites, including custom WAF rules for Cloudflare.
